Here's what Google's Workspace pricing page listed on September 12, 2026, per user per month with a one-year commitment. Google says the annual commitment saves 16% over month-to-month billing, and it runs introductory discounts for new customers, so your first invoice may be lower.

Two details matter more than the table. First, there's no separate Gemini charge on these plans. Second, Starter's card lists Gemini in Gmail only. The seat includes ChatGPT and Codex on desktop, web, and mobile, a workspace with admin controls, SAML SSO, and MFA, and, in OpenAI's words, "no training on your business data by default."

One thing that surprises Workspace companies: you don't have to pick a side for your files. OpenAI's business pricing page lists connectors for Google Workspace, alongside Slack, GitHub, and Microsoft 365. Once an admin connects it, ChatGPT can work with the Google files your team already has. You're paying for a second tool, not a migration.

• Your team already uses ChatGPT, just on personal accounts. This is the most common case and the most expensive one to ignore.
