An AI Readiness Assessment is a structured, time-boxed engagement where someone who's been shipping ML and AI in production since before LLMs were a thing looks at your specific business and tells you what to do — in writing.
My version is two weeks. No hourly billing, no expanding scope. You walk away with a workflow audit, a ranked list of AI opportunities, tool recommendations specific to your stack, and a 30-60-90 day plan.
It's not a generic consulting product. I take 2-3 of these per month so each one gets real attention.
The 2-Week Process
Week 1 · Discovery
2-3 calls with you and key team members. I audit your current workflows, your existing AI usage (or lack of it), the tools you're already paying for, and where the friction lives. I look at how your team actually works, not how the org chart says they work.
Week 2 · Synthesis & Roadmap
I rank the AI opportunities I found by impact and effort, write the roadmap, and pick specific tools. The deliverable is a 15-25 page document — not a slide deck. Real recommendations with real numbers.
Day 14 · Walkthrough Call
1-hour call where I walk you through the roadmap, answer questions, and explain the priorities. After the call you have everything you need to execute internally — or hire me to build the first one or two recommendations.

- What if I want to engage further afterward?
- If you decide to hire me to build any of the roadmap recommendations, the assessment fee is credited against the larger engagement. So the real cost of the assessment is zero if we keep working together.
- Do you sign NDAs?
- Yes — happy to sign your standard NDA before kickoff. I send a mutual one if you don't have your own.
- How do I pay?
- Invoice via Stripe. Net-7. I start work after payment is received.
- What's the catch?
- There isn't one. The scope is locked so neither of us gets weird about it. I take 2-3 of these per month, so the attention you get is real — not "your account manager will follow up."
