AI training for employees · 2 to 25 seats

AI training for employees, on the work they actually do.

Most AI training teaches prompts. Then everyone goes back to the old way by Thursday. My version ends every lesson with something built for your business, so the training is the rollout.

$397 for your seat plus $97 per teammate, 2 to 25 people. Self-paced, 30-day money-back.

Get started asks for your email, then opens secure checkout. You add teammates by email after. Want a look first? Lesson 1 is free, no sign-in.

I train teams on the setup I run my own businesses on

Quick Answer

Justin McKelvey's AI training for employees is The Shop with team seats: $397 for the buyer's seat plus $97 per teammate, for 2 to 25 people. It's a self-paced Claude course, 8 lessons and about 4 hours of reading, and each person saves a Work Order at the end of every lesson: a Business Brain, a draft-and-approve workflow, connectors and skills, and trust rules. A 5-person team is $785, with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Teams on ChatGPT or Copilot get live training inside a done-for-you install instead.

Two ways to train your team

Pick by who's doing the setup. Either way, people learn on their own workflows, not on generic examples.

A four-week plan that starts with the rules

Teams stall when nobody knows what's allowed. So the order is: rules first, then one workflow, then everything else. Here's a pace that works for a team doing two lessons a week.

  1. Wk 1

Set the rules, pick the goal

Before anyone touches customer data, agree what's allowed. The free AI Trust Rules template and the one-page AI acceptable use policy cover it. Then Lessons 1 and 2: a written goal with a name and a date, an automate-first shortlist, and a readiness score.

  2. Wk 2

    Teach it the business

Lessons 3 and 4: the Business Brain document (voice, offers, who you serve and turn away), plus a structured offer and the way work arrives. This is why the drafts stop sounding generic.

  3. Wk 3

One workflow, run for a week

Lesson 5: each person builds one draft-and-approve workflow and runs it for a week with one honest metric. Claude drafts, a human approves.

  4. Wk 4

Wire it in and keep it running

Lessons 6 to 8: five connectors and four skills, the pack that matches how the team is measured (B2B growth, DTC marketing, or Team), then trust rules and a 30/60/90 plan.

What each person has at the end

One saved Work Order per lesson. Buyers can collect them all into one Kit to print, save as a PDF, or paste into a Claude Project.

01 A written goal and the one workflow to automate first
02 An automate-first shortlist and a readiness score
03 A Business Brain document
04 A structured offer, one-sentence positioning, and the sales or intake process written down
05 One draft-and-approve workflow, run for a week
06 Five connectors live and four skills installed
07 The pack that matches their work, installed
08 A Trust Rules doc and a 30/60/90 plan

Built for

  • ▶Owners up to about $5M, managers, department heads, and directors
  • ▶Teams who'll use Claude, or are open to it
  • ▶People who'd rather build one real thing than watch ten demos

Not built for

  • ▶Anyone who needs a certificate
  • ▶Developer or API training
  • ▶Teams locked into ChatGPT or Copilot (the install is the better fit)
Proof · my own numbers

I run this business on the system I install.

This site is not a client's. It is my own business, and the automated content system I built runs it: 273 published posts, 58 of them shipped in the two weeks to September 17 by that system, with me approving. Here is what that did in Google, from Search Console, as of September 18, 2026.

The Shop is the same Claude setup this business runs on, written up as lessons.

AI training for employees: common questions

How much does AI training for employees cost?
The Shop's team seats are $397 for your own seat plus $97 per teammate, for 2 to 25 people. A 5-person team is $785, a 10-person team is $1,270, and 25 people is $2,725. One payment, lifetime access, and a 30-day money-back guarantee on the whole order. Live training is included in every AI Team Rollout install, which starts at $4,500.
How long does the training take?
About 4 hours of reading per person, self-paced: 8 lessons and 48 chapters. Every lesson ends with a saved Work Order, so the time produces something your team keeps using. A pace of two lessons a week gets a team through in about a month.
Does my team need a paid AI plan?
Not to start. Lessons 1 to 5 work on Claude's free plan. Lesson 6 onward uses the Claude Team plan, which Anthropic lists at $20 per seat per month billed annually or $25 monthly, for teams of 2 to 150, as of September 2026. Those seats are paid to Anthropic.
Our team uses ChatGPT or Copilot. Does this still work?
The Shop teaches Claude. If your team runs on ChatGPT Business or Microsoft 365 Copilot, the training comes with the install instead: a 60-minute session on the workflows I set up in your tool, plus a plain-language handoff doc. Same price and timeline as the Claude install.
Is it a certification?
No. It's a completion course: each person finishes with their own saved Work Orders, not a certificate. Anthropic's own free courses live at academy.claude.com. The Shop is the applied version, built for your business or team.
What does each employee walk away with?
Their own goal and first workflow, an automate-first shortlist with a readiness score, a Business Brain document, a structured offer and positioning, one draft-and-approve workflow run for a week, connectors and four skills, a pack for how their work is measured, and trust rules with a 30/60/90 plan.
Can I train more than 25 people?
Team seats cover 2 to 25 people. For more than 25, email hello@justinmckelvey.com and I'll reply within one business day.
What if it doesn't work for my team?
Reply to your receipt within 30 days and I'll refund the whole order. No questions, no forms.
