The permission check
Before anything gets connected, we decide whose login each connection runs under. That decides what the AI can see. Your admin grants delegated access. I never take passwords, and access can be revoked in one click.

The context the AI works from: your voice, what you sell and for how much, who you serve, and how you sell. On Claude it's the Business Brain, on ChatGPT a shared project, on Copilot an agent built in Agent Builder. This is why the drafts sound like you instead of a robot.

No named deliverables. If they can't list what exists in your tool on handoff day, you're buying hours. Mine: permission check, business context, up to 5 connections, one workflow pack, training, handoff doc.

A discovery phase before any price. A fixed price and a fixed timeline should be on the table before you sign. Mine are on this page.

They want your passwords. Delegated access from your admin, revocable in one click, is the right way.

AI that sends to customers on day one. Start with draft and approve. Unattended comes later, once a workflow has proven itself.

- Which tool should we implement: Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot?
- The one your team already lives in. Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint usually means Copilot. A team already in ChatGPT means ChatGPT Business. If you want Claude, it's Claude. Same price and timeline for all three, and I'll tell you which on the call.
- Do you need our passwords?
- No. Your admin grants delegated access for the setup and can revoke it in one click when we're done. Part of every rollout is deciding whose login each connection runs under, so the AI only sees what that person is allowed to see.
- Will the AI send things to customers on its own?
- Not by default. The trust rule on every install is that the AI drafts and a human approves. Nothing reaches a customer without your yes. A customer-facing workflow can graduate to running unattended once it has proven itself in review, and payments never move without a human click.
- Do you train our employees?
