Why I started SuperDupr

Advice is cheap to give and expensive to act on. I'd finish a call with an owner, we'd agree on exactly what to automate, and then they'd go hire three vendors to do it. One for the website, one for the "AI stuff," a freelancer for the glue in between. Nobody owned the outcome.

So the project took twice as long, cost twice as much, and shipped half of what we planned. The owner ended up project-managing vendors instead of running the business.

SuperDupr is the fix. One team takes the plan from strategy call to a live system, with one point of contact and one outcome to own. It builds on the same lean stack I write about here (hand-coded Rails 8 and Next.js, no page builders, no WordPress), which is a big part of why most builds ship in weeks instead of quarters.
